Yoshikigoi on Sunday Morning (Cue Song)! Yes, we have more for you today.....

My day started today at ‘Chez-Westgate’ where I was provided with a wonderful breakfast prepared by the lovely Joanna. It was a beautiful, bright, sunny start to the day and breakfast was accompanied by sounds of the birds in the grounds around me. A far cry from the weather I believe you are all experiencing back in the UK at the moment!

The first job of the day was to catch up with all of the messages and requests from yesterday – thank you to everyone who has reached out. I am really pleased that you are enjoying the blog and spotting some beauties that you want to add to your own collections at home. It is comforting to know that Merv and I are getting something right!

Once I had caught up with my messages, I headed into the Koi Tunnel with Merv to start selecting through the batches of Koi in there. We were honoured to have the company of Ernest today who turned up to cast his eye over events, and to evaluate some of the Koi 'Driessen-Style'! It's always a pleasure to have him with us on the Farm.

I have uploaded a few snaps taken on my phone here for you tonight so that you can see some of today’s selection that caught my eye. We have taken better photos and videos – these will be sorted and published when I return to the UK, but these will give you an idea of just some of the stunners that we have been choosing in the meantime.

As always, if anything catches your eye please do feel free to get in touch in the usual ways Email, Phone +44 (0) 7939 278791, or Social Media.

An absurdly beautiful show-quality Beni Kikokuryu.

A true rarity... A Lacewing Ki Kujaku.... Who knew?

A monster pair of Chagoi!

There were also some 'oddities' in today's selection, and those of you who know me will know, it hurts like crazy to publish these ones!

I know, I know, but it kept flashing those pecs and calling me....

A monster of a girl....

... and finally (God Forgive Me!)

That's all for today folks.... I must go, I need to try and recover my senses after the Asagi-Thingy-Bob! Until tomorrow. Have a good evening!
